Welcome to Coco Cafe. By using our website and placing an online order, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions, which are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.

1. Food Allergy & Health Disclaimer

Please read carefully: Coco Cafe prepares food in a commercial kitchen environment. While we take every precaution to prevent cross-contamination, we cannot guarantee that any item is 100% free of allergens (including, but not limited to, peanuts, tree nuts, dairy, eggs, wheat, gluten, and soy).

If you have a severe food allergy, please inform us in the "Special Instructions" box during checkout, or contact us directly before placing an order. Consuming our products is at your own risk.

2. Payment & Transaction Security

We take the safety of your personal and financial information very seriously.

• Secure Processing: All credit card and digital wallet transactions (Apple Pay, Google Pay) are securely processed through Square, a certified Level 1 PCI DSS compliant payment processor.
• No Data Storage: Coco Cafe does not view, collect, or store your raw credit card numbers or payment details on our servers at any time.
• Encryption: Our website utilizes industry-standard encryption (HTTPS/SSL) to ensure that your personal information (name, email, phone number) remains safe during transmission.

3. Orders, Pricing, and Pickup

• Order Fulfillment: All orders are subject to availability. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion (e.g., due to stock shortages or suspected fraud), in which case a full refund will be issued.
• Pricing & Taxes: All prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD). Appropriate Ontario Harmonized Sales Tax (HST) is applied at checkout. Prices are subject to change without notice.
• Pickup Times: Requested pickup times are estimated. During peak operational hours, slight delays may occur. Food left uncollected by the end of the business day will be discarded for food safety reasons and will not be refunded.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

Due to the perishable nature of our products, all online orders are considered final sale once the kitchen has begun preparation. If you need to cancel or modify your order, you must contact the restaurant immediately by phone. Refunds or store credit are issued solely at the discretion of Coco Cafe management.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Ontario law, Coco Cafe, its owners, and employees shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of this website, the consumption of our products, or the inability to access our online ordering system.
